Junior Executive (Engineering)

No. of Posts:
A total of 175 vacancies are available under this discipline, making it the largest segment in the BPCL Entry Level Recruitment 2026 drive.

Age Limit:
The upper age limit is 32 years as on 01 April 2026. Age relaxation applies as per Government norms for reserved categories under Assam Career 2026 guidelines.

Salary Structure:
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000, with an approximate CTC of ₹12.28 Lakhs per annum at the entry level, along with additional benefits and allowances as per BPCL policies.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering in any of the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Chemical Engineering

The diploma must be obtained from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA). For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories, the minimum requirement is relaxed to 50% marks.

Experience Requirement:

Salary Structure:
The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000, along with other admissible benefits under PSU norms.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• A Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• Must have successfully cleared CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate from the respective professional institutes.

Important Note:
Candidates who have already passed the final examination of CA or CMA are not eligible to apply for this entry-level position.

Experience Requirement:
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, or related financial functions is mandatory.

Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities)

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:

Secretary (BPCL)

Age Limit:

Salary Structure:

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree (3-year course) with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories).
• Class XII qualification with minimum 55% marks.
• Class X qualification with minimum 55% marks.

In addition, candidates with a Diploma or Certification in Secretarial Practice, Office Management, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support (minimum 6 months duration) will be preferred.

Experience Requirement:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Secretarial Assistant is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.

Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

Salary Structure:
The pay scale is ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000, with an approximate CTC of ₹17.11 Lakhs per annum at the minimum level.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess an M.Sc degree in Chemistry with specialization in any of the following:

Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have:

• Must have studied English as a subject at Class XII or Graduation level with the same minimum marks criteria.

Experience Requirement:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in translation work (English to Hindi and vice versa) is required. Experience gained before acquiring the qualification may also be considered.
