Education Qualification of Apprentice Vacancy 2026
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications from AICTE-approved institutions with at least 60% aggregate marks.
Graduate Apprentice
- Full-time Regular Four-Year Degree in Engineering/Technology in:
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Telecommunication
- Computer Science & Engineering
- Information Technology
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation
- Other related branches where Electronics is a major subject
OR
- Passed Sections A & B of Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India).
OR
- Graduate Membership Examination of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India).
Diploma Apprentice
- Full-time Regular Three-Year Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the above relevant disciplines.
Candidates who completed qualification through distance learning or part-time mode are not eligible.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
Age will be calculated as on the notification date. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be applicable as per Government rules.
Nationality
Applicants must be Indian citizens.
Additional Eligibility
- Candidates with one year or more work experience after obtaining the qualification are not eligible.
- Candidates who completed Graduation/Diploma more than three years ago are not eligible.
