Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the post of Field Officer (Disaster Management) on a contractual basis at Balijana and Rongjuli Revenue Circle of Goalpara District. The application process is outlined below:

1. Application Form:

• Candidates are required to submit their applications in the standard format available.
• The format can be obtained from the District Commissioner’s Office or downloaded from the official website https://goalpara.assam.gov.in.

2. Document Submission:

• Attach self-attested photocopies of essential documents supporting educational qualifications, age, caste, computer skills, and any other relevant certificates.
• Include two (02) recent colored passport-size photographs.

3. Submission Location:

• Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the District Commissioner’s Office Building, District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) 2nd Floor.
• Applications can be submitted either by post or in person.

4. Last Date:

• The last date for submission of applications is 08.02.2024, till 5:00 PM.
• Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

5. Employment Exchange Registration:

• Ensure that the applicant’s name is enrolled in the Employment Exchange through online registration.

6. Verification Process:

• Candidates who are called for an interview must produce original documents/testimonials for verification.

7. Interview:

• Candidates are advised to regularly check the District Administration website https://goalpara.assam.gov.in for updates on the interview schedule.
• The interview will be conducted at the candidate’s own expense.

8. Cautions:

• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
• Any form of canvassing, directly or indirectly, may lead to disqualification from the selection process.

9. Note:

• The recruitment process is subject to cancellation, suspension, or termination by the District Authority due to administrative or other reasons without stating any reason thereof.
