The post carries pay and allowances admissible under Pay Band -5 of Rs.65,000 – 1,12,000/- + Grade Pay of Rs.18,500/-. Other perks and allowances are admissible as per the Company’s rules.
Educational Qualification:
- The applicants should be a bachelor in Engineering/Technology from a recognized institute/university.
- Candidates with Post Graduate qualifications in the field of Engineering/Technology/Management from a recognized institution will be given preference.
Experience:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of working experience in a senior management position in any reputed Private Sector Company, MNC, State Public Sector Enterprise/State Autonomous body, Central PSE/Autonomous body, or in State Government/Central Government Department at the time of submission of the application.
- Out of the total experience, a minimum of 5 years should be in the Petroleum/Oil & Gas Sector/Petrochemicals Sectors in a senior position not below the Sr Manager Level.
- The applicant should have thorough knowledge and total exposure in Management, Industrial Planning, Project Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, application of SCADA, SAP, in OIL & Gas/Petroleum/Petrochemicals Industries.

i) Applicants Working in Govt. Deptt./CSPE/SPSE/Autonomous Body: Applicants should submit their applications through proper channels.
ii) Applicants from Private Sector: Applicants shall submit their applications directly along with the following documents:
