Educational Qualification and Experience:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Public Procurement, Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline from a government-recognized institution. Preference is given to candidates with professional certifications such as PDPP, CPPP, or CPCM. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in procurement-related activities in Government, PSU, or Semi-Government organizations is mandatory.
