Educational Qualification:

a. Possessing teaching experience in schools and colleges for 10 years.
or
b. Administrative experience for 10 (ten) years of which 5 (five) years must be teaching.
Citizenship:
Candidates must hold Indian Citizenship as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Residency:
- The candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam.
- The candidate must provide a PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes/Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the application form.
