Selected candidates under AFMS Medical Officer Recruitment 2025 will receive Pay Level 10B of Defence Pay Matrix with ₹61,300 basic pay, plus ₹15,500 Military Service Pay, NPA, HRA, Transport Allowance, and Dress Allowance.
Education Qualification and Other Qualifications
Must have cleared MBBS Part I & II in not more than two attempts.
Should have appeared in NEET PG 2024 or NEET PG 2025.
PG degree holders need not reappear for NEET PG.
Must have permanent registration with State Medical Council, NMC, or MCI.
Internship should be completed on or before 31st July 2025.
