1. IT cum Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution.
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Project Management is highly desirable.
  • Supplementary certifications in project management will be considered advantageous.

• Professional Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with externally funded projects, especially those by global institutions, is a plus.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in project planning, procurement, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in managing data and deliverables effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities, team management abilities, and analytical acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Remuneration:
  Up to ₹1,00,000 per month or a 30% increment on the current remuneration, whichever is lower.

2. Procurement Management Assistant

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Post-graduation (MBA) is preferable and adds value to candidacy.

• Professional Experience:

  • Robust understanding of procurement guidelines and processes.
  • Previous exposure to procurement-related tasks in World Bank-funded projects will be prioritized.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and coordinate within teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Remuneration:
  Up to ₹50,000 per month or a 30% increment on the current remuneration, whichever is lower.
