Salary:

Educational Qualification:
MBBS with a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Job roles:
- Attend OPD in the company medical center.
- Approve medical bills (IPD & OPD) for employees and retired employees.
- Procure medicines (Indenting, checking disbursement), including cancer medicine for retirees.
- Conduct health check-ups for employees/contract labor working in hazardous areas (every six months).
- Perform health check-ups for children at the crèche.
- Coordinate activities related to the handling of biomedical waste.
- Manage rates for hospitals/specialists.
- Handle administrative tasks such as addressing employee grievances, conducting medical fitness examinations for new joinings (PEME examination), and providing first aid training.
- Conduct monthly classes for retired employees.
- Handle emergency situations and issue referral letters to employees/hospitals.
- Look after the implementation/recommendation points advised by the Medical committee.
- Handle audits (ISO 14000K, HIRA, Safety, etc.).
- Organize medical camps under CSR.
- Perform any other work as assigned.
