Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- It is necessary for candidates to possess a valid Mark-sheet/Degree Certificate proving their graduation at the time of registration. They should also indicate the percentage of marks obtained during graduation while applying online.

Preliminary Examination:
Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for the Online Main examination.

Online Main Examination Documents Required for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2023:
Please note that candidates must have the following documents in order to appear for the Online Preliminary and Main Examination:
Valid Call Letter: Candidates should have a valid call letter for the respective date and session of the examination. Those candidates called for the Main Exam should also bring the authenticated/stamped call letter of the Online Preliminary Exam (along with an authenticated/stamped copy of the ID proof).
Photo-Identity Proof: Candidates must carry an original photo-identity proof bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter/application form.
Candidates who arrive late, i.e., after the reporting time specified on the call letter, will not be permitted to take the examination.
The reporting time mentioned on the call letter is prior to the start time of the test. Although the duration of the Online Preliminary Examination is 1 hour, candidates may be required to be at the venue for about 2 hours or more, including the time required for verification, collection of documents, logging in, and giving instructions.
For the Online Main Examination, although the duration of the examination is 160 minutes, candidates may need to be at the venue for about 3 hours or more, including the time required for verification, collection of documents, logging in, and giving instructions.
