General Information of IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2022
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Degrees, as referred above, are those which have been awarded by a recognized University / Institution.
- The candidates should bring all original documents while coming to appear for walk-in interview.
- The Institute reserves the right of rejecting any or all the applicants without assigning any reason thereof and also to re-advertise the posts if no suitable candidates are found. The decision of the Institute will be final and binding in this regard.
- Govt. / PSU employee should submit a no objection certificate issued by the employer of the organization at the time of certificate verification OR else an UNDERTAKING by the candidate must be submitted.
- Simply satisfying the minimum requirements will not guarantee consideration for a selection.
- The minimum requirement of qualification and experience may be relaxed in the case of exceptionally outstanding candidates.
- Selection will be based on the demonstration ability of skill and interview.
- No TA/DA is permissible for attending the walk in interview.
- Any dispute with regard to the selection/recruitment process will be subject to Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over Guwahati.
- Candidates will not have any claim for a regular appointment in the Institute on the strength of this temporary appointment.
- Candidates are hereby informed to prepare for an additional day (i.e. 14-09-2022) as the interview may extend.
