The selection process for Indian Navy Recruitment 2024 Agniveer MR consists of the following stages:
Stage I: Shortlisting (Computer-Based Online Examination – INET)
Shortlisting:
- All India computer-based examination (INET) for shortlisting candidates.
- Based on marks obtained in the Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET).
- Shortlisting will be done state-wise.
- Cut-off marks for shortlisting to the next stage may vary from state to state.

- Syllabus: Two sections – ‘Science & Mathematics’ and ‘General Awareness’.

Stage II: Written Examination, PFT, and Recruitment Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted in the INET examination will receive a call-up letter for Stage II.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

- Squats (Uthak Baithak): 20 (Male), 15 (Female)
- Push-ups: 15 (Male), 10 (Female)
- Bent Knee Sit-ups: 15 (Male), 10 (Female)
Recruitment Medical Examination:
- Conducted for candidates who qualify PFT.
- Candidates found medically unfit can appeal within 21 days at designated military hospitals.
- Only medical fitness certificates from designated military hospitals are accepted.
