Selection Process of NIACL Administrative Officer Recruitment 2025
The NIACL Administrative Officer Recruitment 2025 selection process is carried out in three distinct phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination is an online objective test of 100 marks, divided into three sections, each with a separate time limit of 20 minutes.

Phase-II: Main Examination
The Main Examination comprises two parts — an Objective Test and a Descriptive Test, both conducted online. Candidates must type their responses for the descriptive section on the computer.
(I) Objective Test – Duration: 2.5 hours with separate timing for each section.

Phase-III: Interview
Candidates shortlisted after the Main Examination are called for an Interview, conducted at designated centres. The weightage of the online exam to the interview is 75:25.
