Selection Process of NIACL Assistant Recruitment 2024
The New India Assurance Assistant Recruitment selection process comprises the following stages:
Tier I: Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination, conducted online, consists of Objective Tests for 100 marks. It includes 3 sections, each with separate timings of 20 minutes:

Tier III: Regional Language Test
Candidates shortlisted in the online Main Examination will undergo a Regional Language Test conducted by the Company at select centres. Candidates applying for a vacancy under a State/UT other than their domiciled State/UT must appear and qualify for the Regional Language Test in the language of the State/UT they have applied for.
The Regional Language Test is of a qualifying nature only, with no scores allotted.
The scores obtained by candidates in the Online Main Examination will be considered for arriving at the Final Ranking, subject to qualifying the Regional Language Test. Candidates need to rank sufficiently high in the Merit List to be shortlisted for the subsequent recruitment process.
