Selection Process of NRL Recruitment 2024
Candidates who register online for the Walk-in Interview will undergo scrutiny by NRL. Eligible candidates will be notified to appear at the Walk-in venue for the Selection process. During the face-to-face verification and scrutiny at the venue, candidates must present all necessary documents (original and copies). Only candidates who clear this verification process will be allowed to participate in the Selection process.
The Selection Process comprises a combination of Personal Interview and Physical Endurance Test (PET).
The Physical Endurance Test (PET) includes:
- Load carrying
- Hose laying
- Push ups
- Breath Holding
Scoring model:
- Interview: 85% weightage
- PET: 15 % Weightage
- Total: Combined score of Interview and PET, i.e., 85% + 15% = 100%.
Qualifying marks: Candidates must score at least 50% in both Interview and PET individually. This means candidates need to qualify in both stages separately to be eligible for Selection.
