1. Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator
No. of Posts: 8
Remuneration: As per company’s contractual norms, inclusive of allowances and applicable benefits.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must meet any one of the following qualifications:
Option 1: Passed Class 10 from a Government-recognized board and obtained a 3-year Diploma in Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in drilling/workover operations.
Option 2: Graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Science stream with 2 years of post-qualification experience in drilling/workover activities.
Option 3: Passed Class 10 and completed a Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder, Motor Mechanic, or Machinist from a recognized institute with 5 years of experience in rig floor operations, tripping in/out tubulars, and other workover activities.
2. Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator
No. of Posts: 8
Remuneration: Competitive contractual pay as per OIL’s HR policy.
Educational Qualification:
Passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
Possess a valid Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder, Motor Mechanic, or Machinist trade from a recognized institute.
Must have at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in drilling/workover operations such as making & lowering BHA and tripping tubulars.
