Level 02 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with initial pay of ₹19900/- plus other allowances as admissible.
Educational Qualification:
A) Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the following trades:
- Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Millwright Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanic Radio & TV, Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Armature and Coil Winder, Mechanic Diesel, Heat Engine, Turner, Machinist, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic. OR
- Matriculation / SSLC plus completion of Course Apprenticeship in the mentioned trades. OR
B) Possession of a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile Engineering. OR
C) A combination of various streams within these Engineering disciplines from a recognized Institution, in lieu of ITI. OR
Note: A Degree in the Engineering disciplines mentioned above will also be acceptable in lieu of a Diploma in Engineering.
Physical and Medical Standard Requirements for RRB ALP Recruitment 2024
Candidates aspiring for RRB Assistant Loco Pilot posts must meet the following criteria:
- Medical Standard: A1
- Physical Standard: Physically fit in all standards
- Vision Standard:
- Distant Vision: 6/6, 6/6 without glasses with a fogging test (must not accept +2D)
- Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 without glasses
- Must pass tests for Color Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision, Night Vision, Mesopic Vision, etc.
