Salary:
The salary for the Junior Management Grade Scale-I is set at ₹36,000-₹63840. This includes increments of ₹1490 for the first 7 years, ₹1740 for the next 2 years, and ₹1990 for the subsequent 7 years. Additionally, candidates will receive two advance increments.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, including an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant would also be eligible.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience (Post Essential Academic Qualification Experience) as of 31-10-2023 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in the Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India.
Local Language:
