Education Qualification of Various Posts Vacancy 2026

IT Technical Expert
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. (Information Technology), MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a Government-recognized University/Institution in India.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in managing hi-tech digital equipment will be considered an added advantage.
Contract Management & Procurement Expert
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess either:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / B.Tech in any Engineering discipline from a Government-recognized institution.
OR
- Master’s Degree in Management such as MBA (Finance/Administration/Procurement/Logistics or related discipline).
Preference
Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
- Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP)
- Certificate Programme in Public Procurement (CPPP)
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Contract Management, Procurement or a combination of both.
- Experience should preferably be in Health Infrastructure or Social Sector projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in ADB, World Bank or other externally aided projects is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Government e-Procurement systems and GeM Portal will be preferred.
Computer Skills
Applicants should have excellent knowledge of:

Finance Specialist
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have either:
- CA Intermediate (IPCC) from ICAI / ICWA / CMA with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
