Educational Qualification for Procurement Executive
- Bachelor of Engineering or
- Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement of minimum 2 years duration
- Qualification from a Government-recognized university/institution
Preference: IT background, Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP), or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement management.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement through GeM and e-procurement systems.
Computer Skills
Expertise in internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and related computer applications and systems.
Language
Knowledge of Assamese, English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
Age Limit
Maximum 45 years
Age will be calculated as on 1 January 2026.
