Education Qualification of Teaching & Non-Teaching Vacancy 2026
Candidates must possess the following educational qualifications and experience for the respective posts.
Professor (Ayurveda)
Essential Qualification
- Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized under the IMCC Act, 1970 (NCISM Act, 2020).
- Thirteen (13) years of combined teaching experience as Reader/Associate Professor and Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the relevant subject, including at least two years in Level-12 + NPA, or equivalent research experience.
- Minimum five research publications indexed in Index Medicus or National Journals.
- Valid NTET Certificate or Teacher’s Code as per NCISM guidelines.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Ayurveda.
Associate Professor (Ayurveda)
Essential Qualification
- Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized under the IMCC Act, 1970 (NCISM Act, 2020).
- Nine (9) years of combined teaching experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer, including three years in Level-11 + NPA, or equivalent research experience.
- Minimum three research publications indexed in Index Medicus or National Journals.
- Valid NTET Certificate or Teacher’s Code.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Ayurveda.
Professor (Homoeopathy)
Essential Qualification
- Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in the concerned subject recognized under the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (NCH Act, 2020).
- Thirteen (13) years of teaching/research experience as prescribed.
- Minimum five research publications.
- Valid NTET Certificate or Teacher’s Code issued by NCH.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Homoeopathy.
Associate Professor (Homoeopathy)
Essential Qualification
- Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in the concerned subject.
- Nine (9) years of teaching/research experience.
- Minimum three research publications.
- Valid NTET Certificate or Teacher’s Code.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Homoeopathy.
Professor (Homoeopathy Allied Subject)
Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess either:
- Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy (Preference will be given to candidates having PG in the concerned subject), OR
- Post Graduate Medical Degree in the relevant specialty recognized under the National Medical Commission.
Additionally, candidates must have:
- 13 years of teaching/research experience.
- Minimum five research publications.
- Valid NTET Certificate/Teacher’s Code.
Desirable Qualification

Associate Professor (Homoeopathy Allied Subject)
Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess either:
- Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy, OR
- Post Graduate Medical Degree in the concerned subject.

- Minimum three research publications.
- Valid NTET Certificate/Teacher’s Code.

Obstetrician & Gynecologist
Candidates must possess:
- Post Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty recognized under the IMCC Act.
- Registration with MCI/State Medical Council.
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience after obtaining the postgraduate degree.
Surgical Specialist
Candidates must possess:
- Post Graduate Degree in the relevant specialty.
- Registration with MCI/State Medical Council.
- Seven years of relevant experience after the postgraduate qualification.
Pediatrician
Candidates must possess:
- Post Graduate Degree in Pediatrics recognized under the IMC Act.
- Registration with MCI/State Medical Council.
- Seven years of post-qualification experience.
Radiologist
