Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly consultancy fee of Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000. Associates posted in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands will also receive a 20% Location Allowance. A 5% annual enhancement in consultancy fee will be applicable based on the prescribed terms.

Education Qualification of Associate Vacancy 2026
Applicants must satisfy the following educational requirements:
- Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Degree must be obtained from IITs, NITs, or other engineering institutions ranked among the Top 100 in NIRF Engineering Rankings.
- The applicable NIRF ranking should be for the candidate’s year of graduation or the immediately preceding year for final-year students.
- Final-year students are also eligible, provided they complete their graduation before joining.
- Candidates should possess 0 to 2 years of experience after acquiring the essential qualification.

- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age will be calculated as on 06 July 2026.
Nationality
Applicants must be Indian citizens.
Domicile Requirement
Candidates can apply only for vacancies in the State/UT where they hold a valid domicile certificate.
For Andaman & Nicobar Islands, candidates from other States/UTs may also apply. However, preference will be given to local domicile candidates.
