This is a temporary contractual research-based Assam Job under a sponsored project at Tezpur University. The appointment will remain valid up to the project tenure or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Education Qualification of Junior Research Fellow Vacancy 2026
Candidates must possess qualifications as prescribed under the CSIR Guidelines for Research/Sponsored Schemes.
Eligible educational qualifications include:
- B.S. (4-year Programme)
- B.Pharm.
- M.B.B.S.
- Integrated B.S.-M.S.
- M.Sc.
- B.E.
- B.Tech.
- Equivalent Degree
Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks and should have qualified NET-LS or GATE.
The selection for the JRF award is based on the competitive written examination jointly conducted by CSIR and UGC at the national level.
