- Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognised Board of Technical Education with two years of relevant experience; or
- Class 10 examination with NTC/NAC in the Electrician or Wireman trade, along with three years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field and one year of Craftsman Instructor Training under CITS.
2. Vocational Instructor, Plumber

Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 per month (fixed)
Eligible candidates may qualify through any of these routes:
- B.Voc or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE/UGC-recognised engineering college or university with one year of teaching or industry experience in the Mechanical field; or
- Three-year Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-recognised Board of Technical Education with two years of teaching or industry experience in the Mechanical field; or
- NTC/NAC in the Plumber trade with three years of teaching or industry experience in the Plumbing field.
3. Vocational Instructor, Mechanic Electric Vehicle
No. of Posts: 1
Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 per month (fixed)
The prescribed qualifications are:
- B.Voc or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE/UGC-recognised engineering college or university with one year of relevant experience; or
- Three-year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-recognised Board of Technical Education, or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT, with two years of relevant experience; or
- NTC/NAC in the Mechanic Electric Vehicle trade with three years of relevant experience.
4. Vocational Instructor, Basic Designer and Virtual Verifier (Mechanical)
No. of Posts: 1
Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 per month (fixed)
Candidates must have any one of the following:
- B.Voc or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE/UGC-recognised engineering college or university with one year of relevant experience; or
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-recognised Board of Technical Education, or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT, with two years of relevant experience; or
- NTC/NAC in the Basic Designer and Virtual Verifier (Mechanical) trade with three years of relevant experience.
Education Qualification of Vocational Instructor Vacancy 2026
The required qualification varies according to the trade. Candidates can qualify through engineering degrees, relevant diplomas, or NTC/NAC trade qualifications combined with the prescribed experience.
