Education Qualification of Information Assistant Vacancy 2026
Candidates must possess any one of the following educational qualifications:
Option 1
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in any:
- Government organization, or
- Semi-Government organization, or
- Reputed Private organization.
OR
Option 2
- Passed Higher Secondary (HSSLC/10+2).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in any:
- Government organization, or
- Semi-Government organization, or
- Reputed Private organization.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must also satisfy the following conditions:
Age Limit
- Age shall be as per Government regulations.
Computer Knowledge
Candidates must possess:
- At least 6 months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application, or
- Proven work experience in computer applications such as:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Database Management
- Internet Browsing
Language Proficiency
Candidates should have fluency in both English and Assamese, including:
